It isn't always easy to know what you want to do, especially when you are faced with several different options. I started carefully considering my options a few months ago, since I lost my previous job. It occurred to me that I wanted to work with people who were upbeat and positive, since it can be hard to maintain a good attitude when others around you don't care.
